Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Shipping And Handling Delivery charges stated are for Mainland England, Scotland and Wales only. Delivery to UK Islands, Scottish Highlands and Islands and Northern Ireland is available for a surcharge. Please contact Shelf Space Ltd for delivery cost if ordering from UK Islands, Scottish Highlands and Islands and Northern Ireland.

Delivery Schedule We will normally despatch your order within approximately 8 to 10 working days. Some products are only available on a longer lead time and this will be stated under the product description.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Guarantee
1 Shelf Space Ltd warrants that, at the time of delivery, the Goods will, subject as hereinafter provided, be free from defects in materials and workmanship and be of satisfactory quality (within the meaning of the Sale and Supply of Goods Act 1994). There may, however, be minor variations between the Goods as shown or described on Shelf Space Ltd's website(s) and those dispatched to the Buyer (but the goods dispatched will always be of a comparable or superior quality).

2 Any claim by the Buyer that the Goods fail to correspond with the description on Shelf Space Ltd's website(s) or that they are defective or not of satisfactory quality, must be notified to Shelf Space Ltd in Writing within 7 days from the date of delivery or, where this was not apparent on reasonable inspection, within 7 days after discovery or 30 days after despatch by Shelf Space Ltd, whichever is the earlier. If the Buyer does not notify Shelf Space Ltd accordingly Shelf Space Ltd shall have no liability for such failure or defect.

3 Shelf Space Ltd shall not be liable for a breach of any of the warranties in condition 1 if:

3.1 the Buyer makes any further use of such Goods after giving such notice; or

3.2 the defect arises because the Buyer failed to follow Shelf Space Ltd's oral or written instructions as to the storage, installation, commissioning, use or maintenance of the Goods or (if there are none) good trade practice; or

3.3 the Buyer alters or repairs such Goods without the written consent of Shelf Space Ltd.

3.4 If the Buyer makes a valid claim under condition 2, Shelf Space Ltd shall replace the Goods in question free of charge or, at Shelf Space Ltd's sole discretion, refund in full the payment made in respect of such Goods, but Shelf Space Ltd shall have no further liability for such failure or defect. Such replacement or refund is conditional upon the Goods in question having been returned to Shelf Space Ltd.
